龚艺巍，1980年生，博士，副教授。2008年在荷兰代尔夫特理工大学（Delft
University of
Technology）获得计算机科学专业的硕士学位。随后继续在该校攻读博士学位，从事信息系统架构和业务流程管理的研究，并在2012年获得博士学
位。2013年至2014年在荷兰奈耶诺德工商大学（Nyenrode Business
University）任助理教授，主要研究适用于服务业的精益管理理论和实践。于2014年9月来武汉大学任教。
主要研究方向：信息系统架构，业务流程管理，精益管理。
